Caramel


I'm sure many of you have heard of this simple way of making caramel, I know I had but I had never tried it. My whole family and I wish I had been doing it all these years. It's sooo easy to make! Oh, before you say something about my picture taking skills, let me say that you really don't need to flatter me. I know that you think I'm an awesome photographer (chuckle)!

Ingredients:
Sweetened Condensed Milk (as many as you want to make)

Directions:
Simply boil the can (keep the lid sealed) under water in a pan, for approximately 4 hours, making sure to always keep water over the top of the can/cans. When I make it I make 3 at a time. Since the lid is still sealed the caramel is good for a long time.
