Black & Blue Smoothie


Here's another smoothie I created today, this is by far the best one I've come up with so far. I think because of the bananas. Vanilla Almond milk helps a lot too, way better than using water and healthier than using juice. I'm learning that bananas are a very important ingredient to having a good, sweet flavored smoothie, especially when greens are involved. If you don't have these exact greens you can use whatever you do have.

1 large romaine lettuce leaf
4 salad savoy leaves
2 c. blackberries
2 c. blueberries
3 bananas
1/2 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
1 c. vanilla almond milk
